Ther was a good site, with a lot of background info on the Bob Dylan songs (http://www.geocities.com/temptations_page/DylGuide.html#intro) Seems like this site hasn't been updated for some time :(
I'm looking to start a simmilar site my self. Yep, yet another B D site.
Altought there is a lot of interesting info on http://expectingrain.com/ ... what I will try to accomplish, is to build a simple straight-forward site, just with "Song titles" and info (names, backgrounds, places, annotations, ..) on this song. (kind like the http://www.geocities.com/temptations_page/DylGuide.html#intro site)
I you have background info on a album, or a song, please share it with me. Do you find this valuable?
